Baseheat Academy was born in the Dominican Republic, built on sacrifice, discipline, and the belief that sport can transform lives. It is more than a training center it is a home where athletes receive elite preparation, holistic education, and the emotional tools to lead with character.

The project was initially founded by Francisco González and Alex Lozada, who envisioned a new kind of development system grounded in science, technology, education, and values. Months later, Miguel León and Alberto Rodrigues joined the group of partners, each contributing their own expertise to strengthen the vision: to build a high-performance ecosystem capable of shaping complete athletes and leaders on and off the field.

From the beginning, Baseheat embraced one core truth: talent alone is not enough. Turning dreams into real achievements requires method, mentorship, and a community that feels like family. Here, coaches are mentors, teammates are brothers, and excellence is the standard.
